Perinatal and postpartum therapy in Texas.

Pregnancy, postpartum, and becoming a mother can bring up more than anyone prepares you for. As a PMH-C certified LCSW, I offer online counseling for the anxiety, grief, intrusive thoughts, and identity shifts that come with this season.

100% virtual sessions. For adult women who reside in Texas.

How the work looks

PMH-C informed care

Specialized training through Postpartum Support International means this work isn't an add-on. It's the core of the practice.

EMDR and TF-CBT

For birth trauma, loss, or NICU experiences, we can carefully process what happened so it stops replaying.

Practical support

Sleep, feeding, partner dynamics, and the mental load of new motherhood, treated as clinical concerns, not personal failings.

Common questions

What is PMH-C?

PMH-C is the Perinatal Mental Health Certification from Postpartum Support International. It signals specialized training in the mental health needs of pregnant and postpartum women.

When should I reach out?

Any time in the perinatal window: trying to conceive, pregnancy, after birth or loss, or in the first years of motherhood. Sooner is easier, but there is no expiration date on this work.

Do you support pregnancy and infant loss?

Yes. Fertility struggles, miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant loss are part of my practice.

Can I do therapy while the baby is with me?

Yes. Sessions are virtual, so nursing, holding, or having a baby nearby is fine. We work around your life.
